Activate Q&A for your meeting, allowing your attendees to submit questions and prioritize the issues most important to them.
Questions are anonymous by default and everyone can submit, view and upvote questions. The most upvoted questions bubble up to the very top. Once a question has been addressed, you can remove it from the screen.
If your meetings touch on sensitive subjects, enable moderated questions mode. Now, each question must be approved by a moderator (anyone logged in as a presenter) to be publicly visible.
Participants can submit and vote on questions ahead of time, once you've created your meeting (for example to help drive the agenda).
Turn on Q&A module for your meeting to enable your attendees to submit and vote on questions.
Audience screens automatically shift to polls when triggered by the presenter. As responses flow in, watch the results in real-time.
Standard / Single Choice poll type: the attendees will be asked to pick one of the options. They will see the results as soon as they vote, unless the "Hide results" option is enabled.
Ordered poll type: the attendees will be asked to rank options by dragging up and down. With ordered polls they won't see the results on their screens.
Allow attendees to step through polls without the presenter triggering each poll. All created polls will be "running" by default. Your attendees individually choose when to start responding and step through the questions one by one.
Provide attendees with images as poll response options, instead of text. Use an image URL, and attendees will see the images options when the poll runs.
Choose to hide poll results from attendees, ideal for presenters using MeetingPulse for training.
Unique feature to monitor the real time sentiment of your audience.
See what they like or agree with, what they disagree with, what was unclear, and what's boring them to tears. As the attendees vote on the presented content, the presenter sees their reactions. After the meeting, the report includes these votes on the meeting timeline.
Boost audience engagement by running a raffle – randomly selecting a member of your audience.
Use them as ice breakers or a way to collect emails.
All attendees participate by default. Click "Begin Raffle" and in 5 seconds a random device is chosen as the winner. The winner is notified by a flashing screen, followed by a "You are a winner" message. The winner presents their device to identify themselves in an anonymous meeting)
Only those who want to ("Opt-in") participate. When you click "Begin Raffle", each attendee is shown a pre-Raffle screen with a choice to Opt-in or pass. The presenter screen shows how many participants have opted in in real-time. Click "Run raffle" to pick a winner at random.
Same as the Opt-in Raffle, but to participate, attendees must submit their email address. When you click "Begin Raffle", your audience is shown a pre-Raffle screen with an email prompt and a "Pass" button.
When you end the meeting, the audience will be directed to a "Meeting has ended" screen. You can create an exit Survey and configure the Follow up options on this screen.
Leave a call to action, incentivizing your audience to leave their emails. For example, "Join our newsletter" or "Receive a 10%-off coupon"
After your meeting is over, you can show your audience an exit survey. Create unlimited questions. For each question, choose one of 3 types: Rank from 1 to 5, Yes / No, or Free text question.
Your audience can easily tweet their reaction, as you set up your @handle and/or #hashtag.
Add any custom URL or link to drive traffic to your slides or homepage.
View a detailed summary of your meeting for analysis, with the option to export all data in CSV.
View and download aggregate reports on polling, questions, pulse, surveys and track your CTAs to slice, dice and analyze your data for business insights.
Meeting results visualized on a timeline allows to see the big picture - which parts were the most engaging, and which less so.
Report shows each attendee's actions individually: sentiment reactions, questions asked, poll responses, email address and raffle results.
Report includes a full list of polls with their respective results and the number of attendees who participated in each poll.
View or download the full list of submitted questions. See each question's author, number of upvotes, whether it was closed and how it was moderated.
Is your meeting about a sensitive subject? Unless you set up a password, anyone with a link can access the meeting. With this option, only those who know the password you set will be able to see or participate in the meeting
If Anonymity is not desired (although we highly recommend it), this option will prompt each joining attendee for their name. The post meeting Report will show their name next to their activity (responses, questions, etc)
